When will my order ship?

As we’re typically not in the business of shipping full-size bicycles across the country, your purchase will be handled a little differently than typical Stance.com orders. Here are the details:

Your order will ship in 1-3 business days from our friends at Cult.
Our customer service team will provide you with tracking info ASAP.
All bicycles will require a signature for delivery.

Please keep an eye out for a tracking email from us with all your pertinent shipping info in the next few days. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with any questions or concerns you may have.

Return Policy

NO REFUNDS once the order has shipped.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date if you pay the shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Return shipping must be handled by the customer.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THEY HAVE BEEN USED.
COMPLETE BIKES MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED.

The nylon used in INFIKNIT has a higher filament count which is a dense, more compact nylon yarn that gives it higher tensile strength. We stand by our Infiknit product. So much that we are guaranteeing it for life. No catch. If it rips, tears, or develops a hole, we’ll send you a new pair. If you have an issue, follow the steps below and we will replace it.

Here's how it works:

Send an email with the subject line “Infiknit Guarantee” to [email protected] Please include the following information:
Your first and last name
Your order number or picture of your purchase receipt
Your shipping address
Photos of all the information on the inside cuff of the sock. If the item is INFIKNIT it will have the logo on the inside cuff. If you do not see the logo this item is not INFIKNIT and falls under the standard 30 day warranty.

A KPS (Keeping People Stoked) representative will review your claim and respond as soon as possible. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement pair in the same style with free standard shipping. If the style is no longer available, we will offer a pair of your choice of equal value.
